How to Get from Puerto Vallarta Airport
Public Transportation: Upon arrival at Puerto Vallarta Airport, head to the bus station located on the pedestrian bridge at the exit on Federal Highway 200; there, take one of the following routes: APT23, TPT26, or BTT01, which will take you to downtown Puerto Vallarta in approximately 27 minutes. Then, transfer to route C26, which will drop you off at the entrance of Boca de Tomatlán.
Car: If you prefer the freedom of driving alone, you can rent a car and enjoy the journey at your own pace. The driving distance between Puerto Vallarta Airport and Boca de Tomatlán is 26 km, approximately 25 minutes. Head south of Puerto Vallarta on Federal Highway 200, merge onto Francisco Medina Ascencio Avenue, and finally take Federal Highway 200 Puerto Vallarta - Barra de Navidad again.
